The Lion King's Secret Baby

Lilith is framed and left behind after she calms the enraged Lion King Rex, and she quietly keeps a secret: she is carrying his heir. The source premise ends abruptly here, so the story stays with that hidden pregnancy and the lonely separation it creates between the two of them. Her choice to raise the child apart from the king sets up the central tension of the romance, drawing viewers into a love story shaped by betrayal and a child no one yet knows exists.
