The Green Lie and the Red Truth

Ten-year-old Lily has grown up under a harsh label: her mother has branded her a liar for as long as she can remember. That verdict is handed down with the help of a so-called lie detector, and it shapes every conversation between the two of them. Lily must live with a reputation she never asked for, while her mother's certainty leaves little room for the girl to be believed. The gap between what Lily says and what her mother accepts becomes the heart of this family drama.
