The Fake Chicago Hitman

An ordinary office worker finds herself transported back to Chicago in 1947, where a mafia boss mistakes her for his missing hitman. With no way home and no real idea how to handle a gangster's world, she is pushed into pretending to be the man everyone is looking for. Every lie she tells to survive draws her deeper into the criminal underworld and closer to the people who think they know her.
