The Dragon God Returns for Revenge

Victor Hayes was once betrayed by the people closest to him and locked away for the sake of love, enduring a long run of humiliation and loss. The source is clipped there, so the story establishes his painful past and the wrongs that set his path in motion, while his supernatural rebirth as a dragon god seeking payback is what drives the drama. Everything he lost now fuels a determined comeback in the modern world, where old enemies have no idea who is coming for them.
