The Cut That Freed Me

Bridget has kept her waist-length hair for as long as she can remember, and it becomes the center of a campus feud when the school's Queen Bee arrives on stage determined to cut it off. Her childhood best friend, Trevor, steps in and pins her down so the haircut can go ahead, a betrayal that leaves Bridget reeling. Their old friendship now sits on a fault line of hurt, pride and unspoken feelings. The story follows how a single cut sets the two of them on a very different path together.
