The Bankruptcy Test: My Ex-Wife, My True Love

To win a bet, Ryan texts his wife, Heather, that he has gone bankrupt. Heather files for divorce at once, and their son chooses to live with her, leaving Ryan with almost no one. The only person who stands by him is Lina, the ex-wife he abandoned five years earlier, who spends her savings on him and shelters him in her modest rental. Ryan slowly learns how much Lina has quietly carried, including caring for his ailing father, even as Heather and her family humiliate him in public.
