Rules Over Blood

Rules Over Blood follows a head nurse who will not bend to her uncle's demands that she provide free medical care for him. Refusing to turn her skills into a favor for family, she stands firm while his finances spiral into heavy debt. The strain of his mounting losses pulls at the bonds closest to him, and the conflict between duty to kin and her own principles sits at the heart of the story.
