Pregnant with the Mafia Don's Heir

Elena runs away after a night spent with Ryan and, months later, is pregnant and being hunted. She gives birth to a baby named Vito, who carries the Vitali family birthmark, a mark that ties him to the mafia family. To keep herself and her son alive, she takes a job as a bunny dealer at Ryan's casino. One night a gambler humiliates her, and she is rescued when Ryan bursts in with his men just moments before her child faces deadly danger.
