One Watch, I Ruled Two Worlds

Leonard, a young man from the countryside, loses his job and is thrown out of his home at the same time. A time-travel watch then lets him move back and forth between the modern world and ancient times, where his contemporary skills and knowledge become his greatest asset. There he takes on a national crisis over reparations owed to H Country, pushes back against the aggression of Northern Qi, and stands up to the Prime Minister. His growing bond with the princess and his tangled connection to the empress make the court a dangerous place to navigate.
