My Little Wife

Joyce grows up under the care of Henry after a family disaster leaves her without the parents she once knew. Misunderstandings and a painful separation push the two apart, just as the wider turmoil of the era begins to shape their lives. Her growing resolve to stand on her own sets up a struggle between loyalty, pride, and the past that keeps pulling them back together.
