My Father Is the Ashen Lord

Fourteen years ago, the legendary mage Aldar, known as the Lord of Ashes, drove back a dragon all on his own. The source premise breaks off just as the legend turns toward a larger turning point, so the story sets up a world that still remembers his feat and a bond that the years have not erased. Viewers are invited into the uneasy aftermath of that battle, where a hidden identity and a long-buried grudge begin to pull the past into the present.
