Immortal Godslayer: Cultivation Saga

Chen Xuan is a frail young man living in the city, dismissed by others for his poor health. One day a meteor crashes down and an ancient entity called the King of Divine Scales takes up residence inside him, changing the course of his life. The source ends mid-thought here, so the story's central pull is the sudden, unwanted bond between a weak mortal and a powerful being that wants more from him than he can yet give.
