I Left the Mafia Don, Married His Rival

Dr. Lin Yao is an OB-GYN whose Valentine's Day takes a grim turn when she removes a ring from a patient and realizes it is her husband's wedding band. Just an hour earlier he had texted her that he loved her and was too busy to come home, so she decides she must end the marriage. Then she learns their union was never legally registered, leaving her with no standing in his household, where he humiliates her in front of his mistress. Her past now haunts her: she was once held hostage in another man's house in her husband's place, and she barely escaped before the mafia godfather who had held her there offered her an unexpected proposal.
