Ghost Currency: Buying the Apocalypse

Overrun by ghosts and monsters, the world has become a place where survival is everything. After a betrayal by his girlfriend leaves him robbed and abandoned, the protagonist finds himself facing a grim new reality with nothing left to lose. The source premise breaks off just as he begins to act on his anger, so the story's central conflict is his fight to turn the ruin around and get even with the people who wronged him.
